This is my kid's favourite evening snacks. Making of bread bonda is very easy. To make bread bonda use sandwich bread otherwise it will have a sweet taste.

Ingredients:
- Bread Slices- 8 or 10
- Onions-1 large
- Potatoes - 2 large
- Green Chillies - 2
- Coriander Leaves-1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Mustard seeds-1 tsp
- Cumin seeds-1 tsp
- Oil- for deep frying
Procedure:
- Boil potatoes, peel the skin and mash them.
- Chop onions and green chillies.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
- When they splutter add onions, green chillies. Add salt.
- Fry them till the onions cooked. Add boiled potatoes and coriander leaves. Mix well.
- Let it cool. Make the curry into 10 equal portions of same size.
- Cut the edges of bread slices.
- Dip them in water and squeeze it in between the palms to remove excess water.
- Put the curry ball in the middle and cover it completely with the bread.
- This will make one bonda. Repeat the process until all the curry balls over.
- Meanwhile heat oil in a thick bottomed pan.
- Deep fry them in oil till they turn into gold colour.
- *Fry them in the low flame.
- Serve hot tasty bread bonda with tomato sauce.
