Ingredients:
- Menthi Kutu Powder 2Tbsp
- Sour Buttermilk 1/2cup
- Salt to taste
- Red Chilli Powder 2 tsp
- Curry leaves 5 to 7
- Asafoetida 1tsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Asafoetida 1tsp
- Mustard Seeds - 2 tsp
- Cumin Seeds - 2 tsp
- Black Gram - 1 tsp
- Bengal Gram - 1 tsp
- Red Chillies -2
Procedure:
- Add menthi kutu powder and sour butter milk in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, black gram and bengal gram.
- Once they start crackling add red chillies, curry leaves and asafoetida.
- Allow them to splutter and add it to the above mix and add salt, red chilli powder.
- Mix it well.
- Check the consistency. This will be in semi liquid state.
- Serve it with hot piping rice or roti.
