Ingredients:
Lentils/Toor Dal - 1 CupBlack Gram/ Urad Dal - 1 Cup
Bengal Gram/Chana Dal - 1 Cup
Green Gram/Moon Dal - 1 Cup
Whole Wheat/Ghehu - 1/2 Cup
Fenugreek Seeds/Methi Seeds - 1 tbsp
Procedure:
Dry roast all of them separately.Grind them to a fine powder.
Keep it in an air tight jar.
