Adai is a kind of dosa made with rice and lentils. It is also a healthy breakfast rather healthier than normal dosa. It can be accompanied with coconut chutney and ginger chutney. I get the recipe from Rekha a Tamil friend of mine. I prepared it the next day itself, but later she suggested me to add onions, curry leaves and coriander leaves and make them like utappams. But as I already made them I am posting now. After some time I will prepare them again as she suggested, then I will post them also. :P
A very simple and easy dish to prepare. No need to ferment the batter. Just prepare it and make the dosas. Consume them as soon as made them.
